You or someone you know will experience some form of mental illness in your lifetime. You can help end the stigma. Your donation to these charities will raise awareness and advocate on behalf of people experiencing mental illness.

Mental health issues in Canada are more common than you think, in fact, 20% of all Canadians will experience some sort of mental illness in their lifetime. Some will be impacted by the debilitating effects of anxiety or panic attacks, while others will suffer from the extreme lows of depression or the negative effects of post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or eating disorders.

Canadian charities are supporting mental health research, advocating on behalf of people living with mental illness, educating Canadians about mental health issues to destigmatize. Charities are also on the frontlines providing counselling, treatment, and other support to people in need. Your donations to mental health charities will make a big difference.
